These terms explain the rules for using Afghan Bazar. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Afghan Bazar is a platform where people post and find listings. We are not part of the deal: we do not own, inspect, store or deliver the items, and we do not handle payments between users. Everything about a transaction, including price, payment, delivery and quality, is agreed directly between the buyer and the seller.
Post only accurate details, with photos you have the right to use, in the correct category, price and location. Every listing is reviewed before it appears, and we may reject or remove a listing or ask you to change it. You are responsible for making sure that what you post is legal.
Do not post illegal items or services, weapons or ammunition, drugs or medicines, stolen or counterfeit goods, adult content, live animals where they are not allowed, chain or get-rich-quick schemes, other people personal data, hate speech, harassment or spam. Do not post anything that breaks the law in Afghanistan or in the country where you are.
Keep comments and reviews honest and respectful, and base them on your real experience. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use the Report button on a listing to tell us about something that should not be there.
Keep conversations in the app messages and be careful about sharing personal details. Meet in a public place, inspect an item before you pay, and never send money in advance. We review listings, but we do not verify users or payments, so ratings and reviews are a guide, not a guarantee.
The listings, photos, comments and reviews you post stay yours. You give us permission to display them in the app and in its notifications, and you confirm that you have the right to post them.
The Afghan Bazar name and logo, the app design and the code behind it belong to us. Do not copy, resell or automatically collect content from the app.
The app is provided as it is. We may add, change, pause or remove features, and we do not promise that the app will always be available or free of errors.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your dealings with other users. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us to use the app.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other users. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the app means you accept it. For any question, reach us from the Contact page in the app.
